HORRIBLE!!!

I placed an order a week ago. FIRST, there was only one option for payment, PAYPAL. SECOND, I received an email that my order was recieved, but as of today, has yet to be processed. THIRD, when you try to call the 888 # all you get is a recording. FOURTH, I sent an email which no one has replied to. FIFTH, I was finally able to leave a voicemail message, which no one has responded to. And SIXTH, i get an request to rate a company that has completely ignored me?? Are you SERIOUS??? I don't care if you are the only compnay that carries this product. Get someone in customer service and start COMMUNICATING!!!

Hi Stacie, Please let me address your concerns in the order you stated them. 1) Our website has the option to pay via credit card or pay pay, I am not sure if you did not see the credit card option, but it is on the same page as the paypal option. 2) Yes, you are correct, your order has been received and processed, but it has not shipped yet. Due to Dr. Oz featuring pure green coffee bean last week, we have been inundated with orders and calls. We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz was going to speak about this and we are working diligently to accomodate all requests - we have tripled our workforce in the last week alone! 3) yes, our phone lines have been jammed - we have literally received thousands of phone calls and are returning them as quickly as possible. 4) we have received tens of thousands of e-mails and are also responding to these as quickly and thoroughly as possible. An e-mail did go out to all customers (see below) that explained our situation and asked for patience and understanding during this very busy time! 5) we are returning all calls in the order they were recieved and have quadrupled our customer service team to accomodate these calls. 6) The rating request is an automatic request that goes out and is indicative of our typical service (receipt wihtin 7 days). You can read the reviews of the previous customers who have had a very pleasant experience with us. The current situation is not typical and will not continue, it is just a result of the Dr. Oz show. Lastly, as stated, we have ramped up over the last 7 days to accomodate the surge in business and are so very proud to be adding jobs to our local economy!
