Hello Mr Baugh, Thank you for reviewing. However, that's not quite the case. The Gromats were advertised on our site with a note in bold letters saying that we were temporarily out of stock and that if you ordered, to please bear in mind the delay. When stock arrived the manufacturer had not sent the full amount we ordered so I then emailed waiting customers of that fact and that more were due in some time in May. The small amount of Gromats we were sent were despatched to customers in order of receipt of order until we ran out.

Customers still waiting, like yourself, were then sent another email apologising for a further delay, which was out of our control.

Therefore, we can supply what was advertised, there is just a bit of a wait - which is exactly what our website advised. We try to get all orders out asap - usually within a week. When we are dependent on suppliers this sometimes (rarely) is not possible - but we do advise if there is a wait and do not put products on the website that we can't supply. We have now taken the Gromats off the website until we have a clear delivery date from the manufacturer. Teresa
