Watchout for their attitude and the alternative address for delivery!

I used this company after it was recommended by a friend! I can't say I would recommend it after my experience!
The product is good and my son is happy with it; my issue is more with the site and their response to a problem.
I filled in the deliver to the alternative address section due to work, I got the text so I waited and waited...it had been delivered to my home address. The company didn't see it as their problem but that of myself and DPD. I had to push the point for them to do anything; an e-mail repeating the alternative address was sent ready for the next day delivery once again I got the text and waited only to find it had been sent to my home address AGAIN. Nowhere on their site did it stop me from filling in the alternative address nor did it prevent me from paying via paypal. The lack of care once they had received my money was worrying as was the fact they saw no link to them about the lack of delivery...surely this is part of their responsibility! The risk is yours!!
