WASTE OF TIME!!

Ive used my protein before and usually they are good with delivery and keeping your informed but this time the service was very poor. I placed my order as usual opting for next day delivery. The order didnt arrive so I rang customer services who informed me the flavour was out of stock but I could have another flavour and the items would be with me within a few days and I would be reimbursed for the delivery cost. Again nothing arrived so I contacted customer services and was told ALL flavours were out of stock and I would be refunded the whole money. It would of only taken a phone call for someone to let me know but instead Ive been playing a waiting game for 2 weeks! Contacted them again today as the money is still not in my account so yet again I am constantly having to chase things up. Let down and wont use again!
