Terrible service. ordered 1 month ago and they missed 3 deliveries with no calls or information on why. Had to change service.
Stupidly purchased Hermes courier service again and today they missed the delivery again. No call or knock on the door.
Avoid to save headache
Was really not happy with the poor service!
As a customer I purchased through the Interparcel site on Tuesday and no courier arrive for Wednesday. No message, phonecall or update on why they did not pick up the parcel.
I complained and was told friday will be next pickup. I messaged the staff again asking to ensure they will arrive Friday and was assurred by staff not to worry and someone will pick up the collection Friday...
Well suprise, no collection and no update, message or any notification why.
I was told Monday was next pickup and it was 4pm and still no sign of a courier. I phoned up staff who said nothign they can do and to accept it or get a refund.
I asked to speak to management and was surprisingly told not to bother as management would say same thing. Eventually I spoke to management who said nothign they can do regarding the no-shows. They will not even give information on why the courier is not coming. No one in the interparcel team will accept responsibility and niether will I be upgraded for free to another service despite the false advertising.
I am now 7 days late on my delivery to a ebay customer and have had 3 pickup calls ignored. To top it all off, today I have asked for a refund and have not recieved an reply regarding my refund either.
Advice, avoid this service if you want to save yourself a world of headache
