your internet site is great
the staff that phoned me where great
and the catalogue is good too
but unfortunately the products i ordered were not in stock has promised on the site. not a good start for a first time customer. saying that will be back

I am sorry that your product was not in stock and would like to reassure you that this is rare. We currently stock over 13,500 products and pride ourselves that most of these will be constantly in stock, should they not be they are quickly replenished as we have deliveries every day.
