We are sorry to hear you feel this way regarding your order with us. Locker distances are clearly stated within the checkout process and as such we are unable to take any liability for petrol costs to your selected collection point. Lockers are being added all the time and for one to be so far as to cost £6 in petrol cost is very rare and would recommend selecting one of our alternative delivery services if the distance exceeds acceptable fuel costs. We are unable to clarify whether this mask was exactly the same product however, the difference in cost would suggest that this comes from an alternative supplier to shop. We also offer a returns process whereby the full cost of the mask could be refunded if you found an alternative item. It is sad for us to hear that you feel this is a 'rip' as that is certainly not our intention and offer such masks for those who may not be so lucky to find them locally.
