Delivered on time, but the product didn't look as in the picture
I bought a dozen roses bouquet with fillers and a vase. Everything arrived on time, but the flowers were not as in the picture. They were small and the never opened.

I think amazon's trading system is way off better than eBay. I personally feel more secure buying on amazon.

I bought an iPod for my kid on Christmas, the product never arrived to my hose. I asked the seller twice to ship it UPS or FedEx and to ask for a signature. After starting a claim, the seller showed a tracking number confirming that he did ship the iPod, but through USPS Standard Mail. What happened was that he tried to save some money (although I paid for UPS/FedEx) and never mentioned that a signature was required. The package must have been left outside my house when no one was there and someone stole it. What did eBay say? That the seller what not responsible, so I lost $190. Will never buy on scamBay again. Go Amazon!!

Good prices, quality product, great customer service
I've been planning weddings for almost ten years. About 3 years ago I stated buying fresh cut roses online, I think it was a great choice. Last week I found this company on Google and decided to give it a try because it offered the same roses that I frequently buy at a better price than my previous supplier. They also assured that their flowers came straight from Ecuador. Anyway, I placed an order of 50 roses to try, the next day I got a FedEx tracking number and it was true, the box had departed from Ecuador the very same night.
The quality of the roses was good and the sales manager even called me the day the roses arrived to check on me. I will keep on buying to Flower Explosion. My only suggestion is that they should sell some other varieties as well i.e. tulips.
