My experience of ordering the mattress online was fine.I found the mattress I wanted quickly and easily and the site clearly and simply displayed all the information one could possibly want to know about each of the items.
However, I ordered through MattressWorld as I was moving into a new house and had no furniture at all and therefore needed to get delivery within 48 hours. A Google search on this meant I found MattressWorld. I paid £30 extra to ensure my delivery would arrive on time. It didn't arrive. As it was meant to arrive the Saturday before the long bank holiday weekend, I was unable to even speak to anyone about this until Wednesday, which is a long time to sleep on a wooden floor.
Customer Services quickly refunded my delivery fee and gave me the number of the freight company to organise redelivery, but this was still pretty shambolic and not wonderful customer service either, as I had to do the investigation and chasing myself. Still no idea why the mattress didn't get to me on Saturday...
Anyway, the mattress is great, but customer service and delivery... not so much.
