Order accepted, money taken, but no food after over an hour, tried phoning the takeaway, no answer, so I spoke to just-eat online chat who told me the takeaway were closed even though the website still said they were open. Wouldn't let me place another order with the money they had already taken. Why not let me spend my money that you have already taken?
I'd used just-eat many times before this without a problem, I was happy to accept it was a mistake and just reorder from another takeaway, but they wouldn't let me unless I paid again and then waited for the original refund.
It's when things go wrong that you really find out how good a company are, and unfortunately they failed miserably, so it's the last time I order with them as I have no confidence in them sorting things out if they go wrong.
