Betterbathrooms better price

Really good show room, staff were so helpful, I was kept up to date about date and time the goods would arrive.
All goods came on time as promised, however few things were damaged, all information and supporting photos sent to betterbathrooms customer service as requested (twice) and I'm still waiting to hear what if anything they are going to do about it.

Thank you for your feedback; it is very much appreciated.
All our items are inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition and well packaged for transportation before being dispatched from our warehouse; unfortunately damages can and do occur in transit. We do need to investigate the extent of the damage and subsequently request photos to enable us to achieve this. You very kindly sent in photos yesterday and I understand an advisor has been in touch with you this morning to request 2 specific photos which will enable us to move forward.
