I ordered a mattress and paid £25 extra for delivery on a saturday. Got up and ready for 8am so I was ready for when the delivery 8-6 slot began and sat in my lounge waiting...and waiting...and waiting. No mattress. So the next day I called and asked where it was, they apologised that the courier could not deliver it and offered to refund the delivery charge and redeliver that week, I work full time so could not take it and asked for a full refund. I month later I still have no mattress and no money. Customer services say they can not refund until they have have the mattress back from the courier as there is no way they can confirm that I do not have the mattress....AVOID AT ALL COSTS! terrible customer service who make it sound like you are asking the world by asking them to do thier job. Hopefully I may have a refund soon...but who knows.
