To start with I've gotten no text message or phone call from the carrier as promised the day before, but this is the least of my problems. After the delivery I've realized I've been delivered a different mattress than I ordered. I paid a surcharge for the Saturday delivery yet I could not get in touch with no one at WorldStores or the carrier - so why did I pay the extra cost?
Got in touch with them the next working day when they promised to collect the mattress and deliver the one I actually ordered. Of course there's no time slots to deliver so I stayed home the whole day... to NOT HAVE MY ORDERED ITEM DELIVERED at all. So now I have a mattress I don't want that I've been storing in my house for over a week and a company who just doesn't seem to care about this.
My advice - stay away from WorldStores. The few pounds savings I was hoping to make with them has completely been offset with the hassle I had just because they are unable to ship the correct items.
