I had made an order for a crib which at first reply showed the item was in stock waiting to be shipped. The very evening the CW called saying item was out of stock and will call manufacturer to see if they could arrange. Next day they called again saying if we could wait till the 2nd of July. The date was too far off and we cancelled the order on asking for a refund. I do not understand, why its been 8 days now with no communication of why they have not returned the money. It is frustrating to speak to your team who have no idea what has been going on. Last the order was forwarded to the refund team so why is the money not back in my account.
