extremeley dissappointed

Ordered a bed matress .The website said it was a firm orthopedic matress and was priced at £149 .00 when the matress arrived it said it was medium firmness. Phoned the call centre who contacted the manufacturers and was told that their was a mistake on the matress world website and to get the firm matress it was an extra £10.00 and that to take the wrong matress back would cost me £30.00 after explaining to the sales staff several times that it was not my fault they eventually acknowleged that i had not recieved what i had ordered and reminding them that there was a mistake on their website and it was not my fault said i did not have to pay the £30.00 return fee but I still had to pay the £10.00 difference i did not argue and paid the difference even though at the time I felt this to be wrong .When the delivery came it was exactly the same matress . I have returned both matresses and hope they can get the refund correct . I am dissappointed as I rent properties and have used matress world on many occasions sort it out matress world
