Initial problems, but satisfactory outcome.

When the matress arrived it was only single wrapped, not double as you would expect,consequently it was torn, leaving
dirty marks on the matress. After unwrapping the matress and inspecting it, there was fraying on the braiding, nothing major but the worry was would it become unstitched. after telephone conversations to a very helpful customer service and an apology I was very satisfied with a very comfotable matress and a good nights sleep.
