Product: Reliable, fashionable and very cute! I believe they have clothing suitable for any style a person may want to accomplish.
Website: Their site is easy to navigate through and fairly intuitive. Sorting features are awesome and makes it easy to find things within your budget. They do have a big selection so you could find yourself spending hours on the site, but it is designed so you can do so without wanting to gauge your eyes out. Automated scroll-to-top whenever you hit the next button. The only thing I wish it would have is links to the available pieces of the outfit. You know how catalogs will have a, b, c, d labeled on the outfit and all of them would be purchasable. There is a similar items and mix&match feature towards the bottom though.
Customer Service: They have a phone number you can contact between 4:00pm - 6:30am (PST), which is perfect considering I am at work all day. Was never put on hold for too long. I messed up on an order one time, where I ordered 2 of the same item. Called, got the RMA and the address to send it to, they were friendly and polite about it. Got side-tracked, they sent out a reminder email about 3 months later, stating they still have not received the package. And even after 5 months, they still refunded (store credited) the full amount. 5 months later!
