Great review site

Never new this site existed until I received tickets via Double8 and enclosed was a request to review them via the Trustpilot site. Scrolling down, saw that I could review Trustpilot itself. This is a really excellent way to add your own reviews and see what other people think. The site is very well laid out, it's easy to use and log in and is somewhere I will be returning to on a regular basis if I am going to use a new provider/supplier. Great site.

Dreadful delivery couriers

If I had my way I would not choose City Link. If you miss a delivery, trying to re-arrange it is like pulling teeth without an anaesthetic! And if you try and speak to anyone they are at best curt and at worst rude. I dread it if I get a card through my door saying City Link had tried to make a delivery. I know how difficult it's going to be to get the package to be re-delivered.

Service second to none

I have been using Amazon for years and though am able to review the service of their suppliers, I've not had the opportunity to review Amazon itself. It is so easy to use - finding items, reviewing them before ordering, delivery options are all effortless. If anything is wrong, it's easy to return the item and refunds and sent quickly. Glad to have this opportunity to say 'top job' to Amazon.

Excellent service for concert tickets

Fast service, easier and cheaper for concert tickets than their competitors. Tickets arrived within 4 days of purchase - well ahead of the gig. Would definitely recommend Double8 to anyone who was looking to purchase concert tickets - in fact, I'd say visit their site first. We will be in future.
