After making my order and then confirming my method of payment and delivery on more than one occasion.
My mattress was not delivered, when I called to find out where it was. I was told that my order had not been processed on the system. This was a Friday and I was expected to wait until Monday for my delivery.
As I had just moved in to a new apartment, I ask mattress man what am I going to sleep on until then....just told sorry
But we can get a separate courier to deliver it on Saturday between 8.00 and 14.00 BUT this will be only a delivery to the door service, as the company are not insured.
The lady on the phone was very polite, and tried her best to assist me. But when I asked what do I do if the courier does not show up, I was told sorry we don't work on weekends so you'll have to call us on Monday.
However at this point I was given two pillows as
compensation...which I don't need.
So after buying a blow up mattress for Friday night, I then had to waste another day waiting for the courier who would only deliver to the door, and left myself and my wife to carry it up two flights of stairs. We then unwrapped the two layers of plastic protection to find dirty scuff marks on two of the corners that had actually damaged and gone through the material.
And after sleeping on the matress for six nights, I find it to be damaged, uncomfortable And poor quality
Eventhough the lady on the phone was supportive and understanding, I will not be using matress man again which is a shame as I have another bedroom to fit.
