In Awe!

We were in love with the design and ability to choose our own wording, colors, and font. The company went to work right away because I evidently received an email with proofs within a day. When I hadn't responded to their email (because I had no computer access) they were considerate enough to contact me via phone. The process was very smooth overall, though I wish the proofreading emails had an easier form to fill out. The delivery was surprising! The whole order of invitiations, envelopes, thank you notes, etc came in an 11x13 plastic-paper package addressed all the way from China. I was impressed at the condition of the contents, but some of the envelopes had gotten slightly indented and one was not acceptable for use. Though I wasn't too upset because they were kind enough to provide a few extra and the indentions were in the shape of a heart (wedding friendly). The envelopes were shiny and very elegant. I was thrilled with the design of the invations but was slightly disappointed when I found that the wording was not embossed or raised font. Maybe I could have requested it, but that would have made it even more special. If you are paper frugal it woudln't upset you, but there were no "inner" envelopes. This has made a few issues with guests inquiring if their children were invited or if it was an adult only celebration. But I can say that I was so happy and eager to get the invites out that I didn't even notice until a slight wording error until a few weeks later. Take my advise and proofread until you are sure and then do it again! Great and friendly service and I couldn't compain about the price either!
