I love sephora, and I cant imagine anyone that doesn't.

I tend to shop there to often and try to restrain myself from visiting the site all the time.

Customer Service on the phone is amazing. Out of the years shopping here I had one issue with my order not being accepted. They were so kind and thought there was an issue on their and but it ended up being my mistake, and we had a good chuckle.

The only issue I have is being from Canada, there is a Canadian check out with Canadian prices which makes the products very expensive compared to the USD cost and no its not going by the exchange rate. I actually have no idea how they calculate it.

I am new to the ecig world, reading for hours in forums about all of the ecig models. I then went searching for the popular models like the joye510. I went through many sites and found heavy vapor. I asked them questions, a little nervous making my first purchase. They answered my questions quickly, and were very kind (even with this newbie).

Most companies try to sell you as much as possible, not them, they suggest I not spend money on the extras like pcc until I was sure that I like the joye510. They said once I was happy with the product then go ahead and buy the extras but make sure that I like it first.

My shipment came a little less than 2 weeks from China well packed. I decided I love my 510 and will be purchasing the PCC more cartridges, and juice. I guess atomizers to, since most say its important to have spares. Mind you I have not tried the other popular model 901, I think i might want to try that in the future.
