poor service

Purchased £2000 worth of furniture last year.
Poor delivery service,
Promised a mirror which never arrived even after several phone calls to customer services.
Sideboard was damaged,engineer made an attempt to fix and company offered £50 discount which again we never received.
Can not recommend this company due to poor customer service.

Update
After reading this review the company has been in touch and all issues has been resolved but that took over 3 months

great

used tomas cook for our last longhaul flight to Florida.Paid extra for premium seats last time and must say it was worth the extra money as although economy gives good legroom the seats are hard and not overly comfortable.
The service was good and it was on time

Ryanair

always on time

we always use ryanair flying to norway.Service and price is good so why use a more expensive company
