Bought a 100$ item that was defect. I went in person to their desk and paid cash. Contacted them the next day for a replacement and their policy is No Refund/No Exchange. Their website clearly mentions there is some left in stock so exchange could be easy.
They only offer me to take care of the RMA for me. Too bad if they keep my money while I'm waiting 4-6 weeks for a replacement. Totally unacceptable.
Ended up buying another one elsewhere and took care of the RMA myself with the manufacturer.
