very poor after care

bought a fitted kitchen from wickes. To begin with the design was poor but as it was my first time getting a kitchen I trusted the in-store designer. The sub-contracters who came to fit the kitchen (after a long wait for parts) were cowboys and did a poor job, including dangerous electrics which ended up costing us a lot more money to put right and we are still having problems two years on! There is damage and shoddy work that will cost thousands to correct! currently the plumbing is causing problems which clearly hasn't been fitted correctly but the after care is none-existent. They claim they give you a five year guarantee with your kitchen, however do not actually return calls or correct any damage caused. A very dissapointing service. IF YOU ARE AFTER A FITTED KITCHEN DO NOT USE WICKES FITTING SERVICE! FIND YOUR OWN JOINERS WHO YOU TRUST!
