Always bought my TV's from them and found them to be excellent. In the main, very knowledgeable staff, and when I did have a problem over a Blu Ray player, I had a personal letter from Julian Richer himself.
When does that happen today in other companies.
I bought a laptop for my girlfriend for Christmas from Dabs, which within six weeks went faulty. We tried to contact them on various occasions
By e mail and by phone and just got fobbed off, with excuses or asking for information that we had already given them. In the end got nowhere with them after many attempts and have ended up having to have laptop repaired by Fujitsu, who have had it for three weeks now.
Have been a member of Laithwaites for about twenty years, and bought wine from their Solihull shop just the other day. Great store and really friendly staff. The only thing that has stopped me giving a five star rating is that I think their wines have become a touch expensive of late
Have flown Easyjet more than any other airline and always found them to be efficient, with new clean planes.
Was only delayed once, and that was with a fuel leak, and would rather be delayed than fly on a plane with fuel leaking out.
Was delayed in Lisbon due to ash cloud, and they put us up free of charge in fantastic hotels. Couldn't have been treated any better.
When first looked at hotel, could have booked for £68, but within less than two minutes this had changed to £75, the same as booking direct with hotel.
No reason for this apart from them saying that only two rooms were left, therefore they feel comfortable in bumping up the price.
