I received one half of my order very promptly, however over a week later I am still waiting for my second item, and the only contact I have received from Go Electrical was a compliment slip with the delivery of my first item saying that my second item would follow shortly. Not happy and not acceptable.
the overall service and value for money was goos, however packaging was a little 'tatty', and this doesn't bode well for interal aquarium filters

We are very sorry that your order was shipped in two separate deliveries. We try to keep all items in stock at all times, but unfortunately sometimes suppliers are unable to deliver as quickly as items are sent out.
