Ordered a couple of saw blades and router bits. Good prices and reasonable cost fedex delivery. Part shipped at no extra cost when 1 item was on back order.
I did try to add something to my order over the phone after putting it through on the net, and they did call me back, but that item still got missed off.
I was not charged so not that bothered, but they cold have had the extra sale and I wouldn't have to pick that item up somewhere now.
That is why I took off 1 star.
I have placed many orders with Photobox over the last 3 years and have always found their service to be excellent.
On the rare occasion I have had an issue with a print or product they have done a dispatched a new item no questions asked.
They do seem to have good offers on for most of the time too.
Last Christmas when I ordered a Photobook (before the last order date), I was worried that it wold not turn up because of the snow, but they did get it to me the day before I left to go home for Christmas.
Their software for Photobooks just keeps getting better too.
Keep up the good work.
Ordered product on a Monday in April and the website said in stock and 1-2 days for delivery. I had not received even a dispatch note by Thursday (despite already being charged) and so I cancelled the order and they said they would refund me in full.
It is now June and I still have not received my refund despite calling and emailing them several times. They keep saying that they will process it in a couple of days (they have said this 5 times now) or that it is in its final stages of processing. They have now advised me to follow up with my credit card provider if I am not prepared to wait for a further 2 days.
Avoid at all costs.
