Over priced

Sky are definitely over priced now as so many channels are on free view. Charging £10 extra a month for HD channels is robbery.
If they charged less more people would use them.

Good Staff, Legroom Poor, Food Dreadful

Staff are brilliant but the reduction to one suitcase per passenger recently is poor as this was the reason we flew with them several times a year. Legroom in Economy is dreadful definitely cattle class. Food is poor quality and no many drinks during flights. They also move you on to another flight later flight without your permission, just send you an email saying they have cancelled a flight. Premium is better leg room but over priced as you get the same food as economy and if a passenger tilts their seat back you may as well be in economy. Stopped paying extra as service was not worth it.

Long haul flights luggage allowance is poor and charging for extra is also bad. One case at 23kg would be appropriate.

Usually fly Virgin but booked last minute on BA. Much better service and good value for money shame they are stopping air mile collection or I would have used them again.
