Best price by a mile, don't deliver on promise
Saw a AMD HD7850 graphics card at a great price and in stock on the WAE+ website; so like others I placed the order via website without problem. The money was taken out of my account instantly, however a day later the site posted that the item was out of stock. I'm okay Jack cos the invoice stated that I would receive it 10 days later via the free P+P as requested, so I must have been one of the lucky ones before stock ran out (or so I thought). After a week the item had not been despatched, according to the online account details, however status still stated I would receive the item by said date; despite another part of my account information stating WAE was awaiting stock. I was quite suspicious considering the amount of complaints made against this company so I called the Birmingham office. The phone rang and rang for about 23mins before someone decided to pick up. The item WAS out of stock despite showing in stock when I placed the order, the delivery date was incorrect and they didn't have any idea when stock was coming in. I cancelled my order and was told it would take up to 30 DAYS to return the money to my account as per their Terms and Conditions! The actual refund hit my account 14 days later. I ordered the same item from Ebuyer which cost about £10 more and received it a few days later via their Free delivery. I suppose I should have realised from all the other negative statements on the web there would be problems. Suffice to say that I wont be using this on-line retailer again, nor can I recommend them.

Another fantastic British company!
Best price online for the fridge freezer that I was looking for, you can choose what day (inc weekends at no extra charge) the item is delivered, communication via txt and email was excellent. They took away my old F/Freezer, installed inc leveling etc the new one and took all the packing materials away. Brilliant service and great price!

Biggest bean bag ever!
I ordered the extra large slab bean bag for my studio. All I can say is it's just perfect! Great quality British made product with fantastic service to back it up.

What a fab company! Ordered a new print head for my Canon printer, I not only received it a few days later but also received a refund due to a price drop - how honest is that!
Would recommend and use again in the future.

Surprisingly Good and they're British!
So many companies under perform when building computers but excel in providing rubbish customer service. It's not surprising that most of us go to PC World or alike to buy hardware, just to have human contact and have someone to blow off at if things go wrong, but you pay a high price for this peace of mind.
PC Specialist are really different. You can choose components for your build via menu system, pay a reasonable price (much cheaper than PC World) and wait for the product to be delivered. PC Specialist provide regular (and I really do mean regular) emails updating you of the status of you build, brilliant! It took just a couple of weeks to complete my build, but that was partly due to the unusual specification that I required. It certainly wasn't an issue for me. Unlike some other comments you may read, delivery via Yodel was really good, but then again we do seem to have some good drivers around where I live, so it may down to the individual depot and employees. They even phoned me to check that I was in!
Overall, and without reservation you really can trust these guys to do a fantastic job of building a machine at a very reasonable cost. Well done to a British company that puts the customer first!
