i didnt get my product

Very unimpressed. Ordered a product that was on sale. Gave my Australian credit card details (which the website accepted) only to receive an email a week later saying sorry we can't accept Australian credit cards. Instead of asking for a different payment method they simply went ahead and cancelled the order and told me to reorder. Unbelievable. Nothing on the website said anything about requiring a UK debit/credit card.

We're really sorry for the misunderstanding. At the moment, we only deliver to the UK and Ireland and only show delivery charges for these areas. We've changed things to prevent non UK credit cards from registering to avoid any confusion in the future. Kind Rgds from Protection for Sport.
